She's only happy in the sun.
I woke up this morning thinking it was going to be a bad day. I went to my first class and it turned my mood around and I thought getting out early and being indulged in a good conversation may mean my day was looking up. However, I forgot the assignment for my next class and my work out clothes so I was a little stressed over that but it turned out my class was cancled so I didn't have to fret. I came home, changed into some golf attire and headed to the bank. While at the bank I got a call from Jen, she was walking on the side of the road and needed a lift because she had dropped their car off to get an oil change and realized it was blazing hot out. I gave her a lift and borrowed a vibrant collared shirt because I didn't have one. As I headed to News 7 I realized it was a great day! I had a story, everything from before worked out, I was going to be in the sun during my story and all was well. Andrew and I left the station to head to the St J Country Club to interview the new golf pro. He's an amazing man and the interview went very smoothly. Since we decided to make it a package I did a stand up, well a sit down I guess in a golf cart about when the club itself will actually open. I thought it was sorta of cute in a dorky kinda way. After eidting it and what not I was ready to go work out with Andy because he said we could work out outside! Yay! More sunshine. Unfortunately there was no one to do prompter so our work out was only about 45 minutes long, but very nice. When I got back from prompting the 5:30 show I decided I hadn't had enough of the outdoors and went for a run. About half way through I started to feel nautious and weary... That's when it dawned on me all I had to day was a Starbucks Iced Frapachino from the snack bar and a slushi Andrew and I got on our way to do our story... Errr needless to say I headed home and now i'm ready to shower and beast food... hmmm... pizza sounds delicious!!
